StevenSon’s installed a new HVAC/furnace for me in January 2014, and today a service technician, James, came to help me troubleshoot an issue. Not only was he professional, he listened to the troubleshooting steps I took and realized I was genuinely interested in what the problem was, so instead of being put off or annoyed by me watching/learning, he walked me through exactly what he was doing. It was refreshing to be treated so well and now I am a Raving Fan!

I have been using StevenSons Heating and Air Conditioning for a long time they are always on time, do fantastic work, and the prices are good. I suggest you get on their yearly plan where they come twice a yr, as the most expensive thing next to you House and Auto is your Heat and Air conditioning, besides that if you need them anytime they will always be there to help. I live in Plano and I have them on Nextdoor that goes to 16 neighborhoods I think that highly of them and you very seldom get someone 24 hrs a day but StevenSons is there for you always.

StevenSon’s does excellent work at a fair price, and they stand behind their work. They are small enough to be personal, but large enough to have a staff that can cover their customer’s heating, cooling and other related needs. Same goes for their ductwork replacement and attic insulation work. We’ve been loyal customer for the entire 10 years we have lived here and highly recommend them.
